Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Link Imaging (operating the Goldline wholesale portal at cpd.linkimaging.com) collects from authorized dealer accounts and the users acting on their behalf, how we use that information, and the rights you have over it. Goldline is a business-to-business platform — it is not intended for use by consumers or by anyone under 18.

Information you provide.When you (or a Link Imaging representative acting at your request) create or use a Goldline account, we collect business contact details: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, dealer account number, and the shipping addresses associated with your account. When you submit the public "Request a dealer account" form on /register, we collect the same fields plus any notes you choose to provide.

Order data. When you place an order, we collect the items, quantities, ship-to address, any PO number you enter, and order notes. Orders are tied to your account record.

Automatic information. Our hosting and observability providers automatically collect typical web-request metadata for security, performance, and abuse detection: IP address, user-agent string, pages visited, request timing, and error telemetry.

Cookies. We use only first-party cookies necessary for the service to function — specifically, an authentication session cookie issued by our auth provider (Supabase), set with the HttpOnly and Secure flags. We do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies.

• Authenticating you and granting access to the portal
• Receiving, confirming, and fulfilling orders
• Sending transactional emails (order confirmations, password setup and reset links, account invitations)
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
• Detecting, preventing, and investigating abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access (including via rate-limiting and bot-protection systems)
• Meeting our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising or share it with marketing partners.

We rely on a small set of vetted third-party providers to operate the portal. Each acts as a processor on our behalf under contract:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Stores your account, profile, and order records.
• Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery. Processes HTTP requests and logs request metadata.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, password and invitation emails).
• Cloudflare — bot-protection (Turnstile) on the public registration form.
• Upstash — rate-limit accounting for public endpoints.
• Sentry — error reporting and session replay. Replay captures are configured to mask all input fields and text content by default to limit incidental personal information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Link Imaging, our dealers, or others.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable additional period to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records and audit logs are retained indefinitely for accounting and compliance purposes; on request we can redact personal identifiers from older records where doing so doesn’t conflict with our legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete information (subject to retention obligations described above)
• Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete that information, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising).

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information: encrypted transport (HTTPS), encryption at rest via our database provider, role-based access controls and database-level row security so dealers see only their own data, audit logging of administrative actions, and rate-limiting plus bot-protection on public endpoints. No security program is perfect; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Goldline operates from the United States. By using the portal you understand that your information is processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws that differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Goldline is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us using the email below and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the "Effective" date at the top and, for material changes, send a notice to the email associated with your account.
